About PrideStaff
At PrideStaff Lehigh Valley, we work with some the most well-respected companies in the area as well as new and upcoming businesses.
Our services are designed to match skilled professionals throughout Lehigh Valley with truly rewarding career opportunities. Our services include temporary staffing, temp-to-hire and direct recruiting for a wide range of industries.
Our Owner:
Randy Pedretti, Owner/Strategic-Partner
Industries served:
Our primary market is skilled and semi-skilled labor in the light industrial space. We also provide expertise and service to call center operations as well as administrative positions within our industrial clients. In addition to these core lines, we staff paralegal and front-end medical office positions, and all level of finance roles from bookkeeper to accountant to CFO.
What makes us unique:
Our team develops meaningful collaborative relationships with clients. We appreciate the time it takes to onboard and ramp up an employee to achieve productivity, and we source candidates with that in mind.
Our clients stay with us because we become their “talent scouts.” PrideStaff’s solutions allow employers to focus on what they’re good at – running their business – while we focus on delivering the people they need.
Perhaps most importantly, everyone here lives out PrideStaff’s mission each day. By learning what matters most to each employer and individual we serve, we create successful employment connections that exceed expectations and yield great results.
Accolades:
Best of Staffing® Diamond Award Winner for Client and Talent Satisfaction
Background:
I started my career as an Army officer. After nine years on active duty I left the Army and spent most of the past 25 years in the corporate world, primarily leading sales operations teams. In the 10th year of my civilian career I was recalled to the Army to spend nine months in Iraq supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom.
I’m very excited now to own a PrideStaff franchise; it’s a great way to give something back to individuals and businesses in my community. Finding talented people good jobs in good companies is an honorable way to finish my career, and I’m thankful to have a great family, including my wife, Patti, and our four children, supporting me.
What I love about the Lehigh Valley:
The deep history and varied culture. The people here are diverse, warm and incredibly proud to be from this part of the country. You can feel a real sense of community here, and everywhere you look there are reminders of our nation’s rich history.
